Achieving Your Beach Body With a Home Gym

Summer is practically pounding down my door. My sandals, shorts, and bikinis are imploring to emerge from the dark recesses of my drawers. They have been neglected and forgotten beneath all the winter gear needed in Scandinavia. The summer festivities, and warmer weather, naturally beckons people outdoors. You shouldn’t hide under a big t-shirt when the sun comes out. Are you ready and proud to bare that tummy and those arms? Jump Roping

Jump roping is a great way to raise the heart rate, without consuming a lot of time or needing to physically move far. Additionally, it’s a full-body exercise that targets the arms, legs and abs at the same time.

Nowadays, locating a yoga studio is like finding a coffee shop, it’s easy. Do class times or styles clash with personal time schedules or interests? Try doing yoga at-home. Elastic Bands

Elastic bands provide some great resistance without needing to accumulate loads of free weights. Arguably traditional free weights vs elastic resistance bands have both advantages and disadvantages. Elastic resistance bands win because they are cheaper and easier to travel and transport.  Don’t know what to do with them?

And what are some other benefits to creating your own home gym?

  • Blare your own favorite music.
